Sound broken on all 360 games after the system update..

All I get is cracking and scratching noises from all backwards play games. Everything was fine before the big update.

Activity Feed Broken On 360

To delete the system update:

Settings>System>Storage>(highlight Hard Drive) LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.

...The System Update was re-downloaded...The 360 activity updates feed is still broken.

 

Disc Read Issues

The part of the drive that detects whether a disc is a game, DVD or CD is broken. The only thing I can think of is reinstalling the latest system update. You can do that here: support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-info

 

Maybe first try to hard restart your system first to see if that fixes the issue, here's how: support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

 

Additionally, if the issue persists after power cycling your Xbox One as suggested by Zbox., the next best step is to clear the 'Xbox 360 local storage'. Here's steps to do that:

• From the Xbox One dashboard, scroll left to the Xbox One guide and select 'All settings'.
  
• Within the settings screen, scroll down to 'System' and select 'Storage' from the list of options.
  
• Select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage'. Note that this will not affect any of your saves stored within the cloud.
