Discus and support Sound and playing with others in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have changed every setting possible on Xbox one but still we cannot a) join friends on Roblox b) communicate over the microphone.     Sound issue

    Brad, i tried that yesterday and they dont play sound either.

    Its not my disc either other appos are not playing sound

    Hi R3DPANDA73! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    Please try this

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's and display power and HDMI cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the console and Tv power and HDMI cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

    If this doesn't work, and you have the games on an external storage, please unplug it and repeat the process

    No sound in 3 games...but on others...

    Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password, once the process is done, be sure to not use the previous console configuration

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

    Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

    That's not worked at all. Ove repeated it 3 times. All games are saved on hard drive of the box.

    It's ridiculous! Only 1 game now has sound!

    How can it be any lead when one game plays fine, and I have sound on the home screen?!?!?!

    Seriously unhappy with this product

    Unable to finish audio calibration

    At times the calibration sounds will play then unexpectedly stop. Other times once calibration is started no sounds play at all. Each time I end up with same answer from above post.
