Soul Calibur VI not working

My copy of soul calibur vi is not playing on my xbox one x. Is this an issue others have run into? If reinstalled several times, tried offline without update, and it just kicks back to the home screen. Sometimes it may load to title screen, but not been
able to play the game yet. Any help is appreciated.

Ezio....I haven't even been following this game. Soul Calibur 3 was ***. Soul Calibur 4 was ***. So I have pretty much written off Soul Calibur 5.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, It looks like the game Soul Calibur VI is currently not launching properly on your console. What I suggest we do is to troubleshoot the console. The best thing to do first would be to

Perform a Power Cycle on the Xbox One. The second thing to do would be to try and uninstall the game and reinstall it. I do hope this information helps in fixing the issue, please let us know how it goes.
