Soul Calibur VI error 0x800073cf6

Hi

Just purchased from Xbox Store and i can't play

When first time installed, SC give prompt with I don't have space to install this game then I hard reset my x and problem was not solved then uninstalled and installed again and now give me this error 0x800073cf6.

I was also offered the Soul Calibur VI deluxe edition for $21.55 AUD (discounted by 85% from $143.70 AUD), but I cannot replicate the offer in store and could not get a screengrab

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, It looks like the game Soul Calibur VI is currently not launching properly on your console. What I suggest we do is to troubleshoot the console. The best thing to do first would be to

Perform a Power Cycle on the Xbox One. The second thing to do would be to try and uninstall the game and reinstall it. I do hope this information helps in fixing the issue, please let us know how it goes.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Ezio....I haven't even been following this game. Soul Calibur 3 was ***. Soul Calibur 4 was ***. So I have pretty much written off Soul Calibur 5.
