I'm sorry to hear about any issues you may be having due to an enforcement action. For information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
Enforcement website. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

You can do a case review and see if they can do anything. But for what you are doing if the console was not set to home at the time of ban then you wont be able to change it due to the ban.
