bonsoir alors voila mon souci avec mon xbox basique je
l'ai allumé j'ai voulu rejoindre des amis un jeu es
sa ma demander une mise jour je
fais pour la lancer
mais sa fait freezer ma xbox et depuis que je l'allume elle ne détecte plus
d'écran et après peu de temps l'écran et
noir sans rien si vous savez m'aider régler le souci merci
bc car je sais plus quoi faire

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with the Xbox One update. I recommend to try a
power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles and stable internet connection.

Try this out and let us know the results.

J'avais le même soucis plantage sans message au démarrage.

Par la suite j'ai simplement désactivée AVAST pour 10 min et hop ça remarche.

merci pour l'information , c'est ce que je faisait pour l'instant, je débranchais la console ou cycle alimentation.

maintenant je l'ai configuré en mode économie pour être tranquille en attendant cette mise jour

, je n'avais pas ce soucis avec ma xbox one s avec le mode instantané =(

et aussi des soucis ethernet parfois au démarrage le dhcl pas reconnu
