SOT mixpot reward

Hi,I was told to make a post here by xbox support. I never received the Sea of thieves gift from the Mixer Mixpot (flintlock pistol skin). I had logged in and watched inside xbox live stream. no alerts on mixer nothing has shown up in my order history, can
you help me.

SoT mixpot missing

have been asked to raise this issue here. Haven’t received my mixpot reward for SoT. My mixer account is linked to my MS account and I watched the qualifying show.

Watched the Mixer stream (Sea of Thieves first look at Forsaken Shores) but I did not receive the MixPot promotion (the Huntress figurehead).

That can't be right. I have had a Mixer account for months. I even have the flintlock pistol which was a mixpot reward from about 5 months ago when there was also a SoT Mixer stream. I can post a screenshot to prove it if you'd like.
