    Watched the Mixer stream (Sea of Thieves first look at Forsaken Shores) but I did not receive the MixPot promotion (the Huntress figurehead).

    That can't be right. I have had a Mixer account for months. I even have the flintlock pistol which was a mixpot reward from about 5 months ago when there was also a SoT Mixer stream. I can post a screenshot to prove it if you'd like.

    have been asked to raise this issue here. Haven’t received my mixpot reward for SoT. My mixer account is linked to my MS account and I watched the qualifying show.

    I only just got the notification a few minutes ago on Mixer that I have received the SoT item. The awards are going out, it just takes time.

    Since that is not a rewards program offer, you will need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.
    That's bull... On the
    SoT forum     we get sendt here for assistance. Also i've seen several posts here where people get told to go to different places for help.
