SOT Mixer pot not recieved

I watched the live stream of xbox insider and I was also signed in with my account on the mixer app. I have not received the Ebon Flintlock Pistol for sea of thieves and was directed here by support, please can you help me out

oops was still signed into my brothers account this is the account missing the rewards not masters
