Discus and support sot keeps changing my screen size in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; everytime i play sot my screen size changes. what i mean is my res is 1920 x 1080 on any other game or desktop my screen is filled. but when i play sot...     sot keeps changing my screen size


    everytime i play sot my screen size changes. what i mean is my res is 1920 x 1080 on any other game or desktop my screen is filled. but when i play sot it shrinks the screen so now i have black borders around the whole thing. and
    when i leave i have to go back into amd settings to fix it.

    NO GAME should just decide to change your graphics setting like that if you dont so choose it to.

    Changing the screen size

    I have an old TV and I am unable to see the corners of the screen how do I change the screen size? Going to screen format doesn't help because I am already on the normal setting and there is no way I can change it from the initial setup. Help

    seriously wth did sea of thieves do to windows after installing it and playing. now one other program and now when windows starts, shrinks my damn screen to having big ass black borders around it..... yes the game did it. it NEVER did it before the game
    was installed and played. and you cant even access the setting file (because god forbid some like to manually adjust screens in it). to even see wth the game is doing with settings.

    I have the same problem. Some games have an option to shrink the screen size, but most don't. The dashboard needs an option to change screen size. Because I can't do it manually on my tv.

    I assume this TV doesn't support HD video which is why your using VRL/SCART. I think my parents have the same TV. On the TV remote control there should be an 'aspet ratio' button, it might be set to auto, try changing it to widescreen. Also there should
    be a RBG Component input at the back of the TV, try this instead of VRL.
