This console is pathetically slow, why does it take 4 minutes to get into a party?? Could you not have just copied over the firmware and software from the 360 and have it as the same speed for Christ sake? It's a joke, even my 10 year old laptop booted up
faster.

And that's not it either...EVERYTHING TAKES FOR EVER TO LOAD UP IT IS PAINFUL!

And please stop sending me emails telling me my card expired and my account is deactivated, it works fine and you have been charging a new card since January, get the hint it's fine.

Oh wait, I can't even access xbox live now, Psn is still up and running, god sake I bought the wrong console.

Next time get someone else to build a machine for you, your cheap Chinese factory have done an awful job of this it sucks beyond belief.

Also why if I pay for offline stuff do you deny me access to it once you've killed the service? Why do I need to be logged in to play something offline? Are you monitoring the gaming world or something with this? Wouldn't surprise me if you record our conversations
and pass them off to the government.

You have done such a bad job of this, it's a joke. I want a refund and ill post this poxy thing back to you.

www.billing.microsoft.com and double check the the points have been spent on a gamertag change. If you can see this purchase then it would be a good idea to contact the xbox support line.






It may also be a good idea to clear the update cache on your console and sign out then back into xbox LIVE, this should update your profile.

Ive just changed my name from TVT Vanquish to , This didnt work, it has spent 800 points off my account then it didnt change my name, Sort this .... Ive just come back from me quitting to the xbox failing once again...

this is stupid, i thought i was the only one.. why can we not play even single player when xbox live is down? I understand sometimes SH*# happens but dammit man why are our games "locked" just because we are not online?? I don't get it, I thought I my external
HDD was crapping out or the box was overheating... this is really unacceptable from such a huge corporation. I really hope you guys start fixing a LOT of these issues or you will start losing even more customers.
