why cant i access the store in xbox live , my son wants to get a new game and its saying error type 0x80070bfa , he keeps crying and if its not resolved fast ill be cancelling my subscription.

this is stupid, i thought i was the only one.. why can we not play even single player when xbox live is down? I understand sometimes SH*# happens but dammit man why are our games "locked" just because we are not online?? I don't get it, I thought I my external
HDD was crapping out or the box was overheating... this is really unacceptable from such a huge corporation. I really hope you guys start fixing a LOT of these issues or you will start losing even more customers.

Sign into
www.billing.microsoft.com and double check the the points have been spent on a gamertag change. If you can see this purchase then it would be a good idea to contact the xbox support line.






It may also be a good idea to clear the update cache on your console and sign out then back into xbox LIVE, this should update your profile.

Purchasing errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://account.microsoft.com if all is correct
and also please check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to purchase content.

After that try purchasing the content on both xbox cons ole and via xbox.com or the Xbox App.

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.
