    Hello. So, today, I got new Xbox, and with it, I bought Xbox Live Gold, Gamepass, and a Gamertag change. I wanted to buy more, however, whenever I try to purchase anything in the game store, well... See title. I know I have cash on my card, so it's definitely
    not on my side. Buying from the website doesn't help, even went through an entire account verification just to make sure everything was in order.

    So when I tried to purchase Call of Duty black ops 2 on my Xbox One, I got this message :

    There are no error codes, just this message. I've looked everywhere for solution but stil haven't fixed it. This is kinda frustrating...
