every time i try to buy an xbox 360 game or to download rainbow six vegas 2 for free on games with gold,this is happening for 2 weeks already, before its worked perfectly

Backward Compatibility

Im constantly getting "Sorry your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again" whenever I try to buy any Backward Compatibility game. how do I resolve this?

It may be due to an IP issue (because you're trying to purchase something from Canada while you're in another country). If you have a friend or family at home who has access to the console, have them add the item for you.

couple days ago xbox have problem with store all xbox and windows so try contact support tchat or phone for assistance.

ingeniors and staff work now on problem check on support for news.

I've been trying to purchase ANYTHING during this sale and I get the same errors.... been trying for days, through the phone app, Xbox One dashboard, Xbox 360 and website... I even logged into my profile on a friend's Xbox One. All attempts receive the same
response.

Tried buying Red dead redemption during it's sale. Persistent error screen or Sorry your purchase can't be completed. Tried buying from xbox store webpage aswell as marketplace. Tried all of the other posts suggestions. checking/changing region ect. I'm
bummed to have been excluded for something i've no control of.

ChaseTheCreeper - If your account region matches your physical location, then we suggest reaching out to your bank first to see if they have a block on online purchases - even if you are able to make other purchases online. After you do that, and you still
have issues, please contact phone or chat support for further billing assistance.
