    I'm having trouble buying things from the Xbox website or through my Xbox One. I am trying to purchase several backwards compatible games (Such as Knights of the Old Republic 2, Hitman Blood Money, and several others) but all I get is "Sorry your purchase
    cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." I have never had this issue before, especially with backwards compatible games. Support keeps telling me to purchase them using a 360, which I dont have one and thats just the laziest suggestion I have ever
    heard. They have offered no other help. So I am hoping that the community can help me out.

    Is anyone else having this issue right now? Please help!!!

    I have already done that. Did you see that I mentioned purchasing the games on the website doesnt work either? I tried this on several computers at work and at home. I have been experiencing this for 3 days.... NEVER had this happen before.

    It appears that the online purchase tries to contact the XBox and see if there is space for the download. If the x box is off OR if you are not logged on the transaction fails.

    I have a 360 and a One and noticed that when the 360 drive if full the transaction fails and then after adding the One Noticed that only a box that is turned on and logged in can purchase. I use the same account on both devices.

    I'm trying to buy the game on xbox.com. Every time I try I am logged into PayPal and commerce.microsoft.com, my payment details are correct, everything looks fine. As I already stated, I purchased some Microsoft Points without any problems.

    I am from Germany. After I tried to buy the game with my region set to Germany, which didn't work, I set my region to US, just for testing. But the error message occurs even with the region set to United States.

    Another thing I discovered is that I can't even download the GoW trailer movies. Same error message. I thought about my account being a teenager account or something like that, but in my profile it says adult account, so that can't be the reason either.
