Hello. While trying to buy the game the backwards compatable game, Black Ops, on my Xbox One, a screen popped up saying "Sorry. Your purchase can not be made at this time. Please try again later." I tried later and after restarting and unplugging it, I still
ran into the same problem. How do I fix this?

This is not July and I'm having the same problem with renewing the upgrade to premium for the Microsoft Solitaire Collections. It's been three days now of ANNOYING ADS EVERY GAME!!! I don't know what the problem is; whether on my end or the Store or Microsoft
or ??? I don't have a Xbox to turn to..l.just Windows 8.1 on my PC. It shouldn't be this difficult to give Microsoft money.

Sorry to hear it. This is an issue that is hitting some people and not others. I have had this problem with setting up Army of Two.

It has been made known and is being worked on. In the meantime please grab the game from your console as it will work there.

Do you have any outstanding balances on your account? You can check by going to
commerce.microsoft.com, sometimes that can be the cause of the issue. Take a look at that and let us know!
