Hi there,

Every time I go to download the free xbox 360 game with gold on Xbox one, it comes up with "Sorry, your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com, please complete this transaction from your Xbox. But the thing is I'm trying to download
it from my Xbox. I'm clueless. I also think it has something to do with the fact that I can't download dlcs. It comes up with your account is not allowed to make this type of purchase. Except I've got everything on allowed/everybody etc. And i also think that
has something to do with the fact I can't allow user generated content on games like Black Ops 3. It says your account is blocking this feature or something like that. Please help. Thanks.

Family account - unable to purchase Call of Duty Black Ops I on xBox One even with full permissions

My son has a family account which we have given full permissions to purchase all ratings of games, but both on xbox.com and on his console we are unable to make the purchase from his account. On the console we receive "At this moment, this can't be purchased
on Xbox One (0x8c150020). On xbox.com we get "Sorry. Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your xbox."

If you're on a child account, you would need to purchase the 360 games from a 360 console due to child restrictions. The 360 store is set up differently than the one on the One/website, so any restriction settings you have on the One will only apply to the
One store.

Xbox one parental settings have no effect on 360

Or you can use a Xbox 360
