"Sorry, xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. try again later. 0"

ok so, last night i renewed my gold membership and was playing online fine until i turned off my xbox. When i came back to play again i got disconnected from xbox live and was told to sign in and update my security settings. I signed in using the right password
& email (i changed the password yesterday so it was definitely right) but nothing happened it just said "something went wrong. try again later. code: 00000000" i then updated my security settings on my laptop hoping it would solve the problem but no luck so
i looked at other peoples problems and i came across a forum that was telling people to clear their cache, delete the xbox live profile and then redownload it. so thats what i did. i deleted the account and now when i try to redownload it i just get "sorry,
xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. try again later. 0" what do i do to download again and get back to playing?? theres nothing wrong with my internet and when i sign into my brothers account his works fine.
