I want to chat with my friend that I know in the real life, but the message cant be sent. The help of
Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support dont worked for me.

Can't Redeem code XboxLive gold

If you have problem with prepaid code, you should contact directly with Microsoft support. Use this link here:
support.xbox.com/contact-us

And then select "chat with Microsoft support" OR "request a call from support". They can check what's wrong with your prepaid code or system and can help you.

Couple things come to mind here. First, can you check your Xbox Live privacy settings and see that you have your permissions set to allow messaging? Next, is your friend on your Xbox Live friends list? If not, you'll want to be sure you add them as a friend.
The last thing to check is that your account's
security proofs are updated.

Thank you for replying! I did this before and it did not solve the problem. I previously contacted the Xbox support chat system. I chatted with someone and they told me to do the same thing. I did it and it did not help. If there anything else you can think of?

There you must select the Contact Us button, write the problem you are experiencing and then follow the steps on the screen to access the live chat with a Microsoft agent. Sometimes an automatic bot can assist you but you have to keep trying until you can enter the live chat.

I recommend contact Xbox support(Chat/Phone), they'll be able to help you by analyzing your account transactions alongside with you, and will refund your Microsoft account if necessary.
