    I have XboxOne only a few weeks old. Recently I'm often getting the above message, and it refers me to XboxOne Help. What is going on with EA.com, regarding this reason I can't connect via EA.com?

    And, second, is it normal that the BF-1 games load and quit and go from one game to another map in this unbelievable slowness. My Comcast says I have a very fast speed, so why does it sometime take longer to load another game than to play the 2-3 minute
    one I sometimes get?

    Third, is there any evidence ( or possibility ) of cheating already, like illegal apps being used to give players certain K/D ratio advantages? As with BF 3 and 4, some of BF1 players seemed gifted with luck/skill that I find not typically possible?

    Finally, I'm disappointed that the TDM maps are so short, 2-3 minutes even; I liked in BF3 and 4 that games often lasted 20 minutes up to nearly an hour. Because the interim new map re-loading takes so much time, playing is really disappointing.

    Quite often a hard reboot will also resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.

    More like 5 hours later and still nothing. This is the crappiest service I have ever experienced...Paying for a system that barely works half of the time.

    Microsoft has released an update to correct this issue. To install the update, follow these steps:

    Select the Start button in the lower left corner of the main screen and select Settings.

    Select Update and Security > Check for Updates.

    Select View optional updates, then select update KB5004476 from the list.

    KB5004476

    Select Download and Install.

    When the update is complete, restart the device.

    You should now be able to install, update and launch games.

    Are you still in trouble?

    Try deleting the Game Services registry keys and reinstalling the Game Services app on your Windows 10 device:

    Right-click the Start button in the lower left corner of the main screen and select Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

    From the Administrator: At the Windows PowerShell screen type the following command and press Enter:

    Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    In the same window, type the following commands and press Enter:

    Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices" -recurse

    Remove-Item -Path "HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet" -recurse

    Restart the device.

    Right-click the Start button in the lower left corner of the main screen and select Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

    From the Administrator: At the Windows PowerShell screen type the following command and press Enter:

    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

    Install the application on this page and select Yes when prompted for User Account Control (CCU).

    Try installing or starting the game again.

    Please try the following:

    Step 1

    - Type Troubleshoot in Windows search and press Enter

    - If you can't see troubleshooters, click the Additional troubleshooters option on the right

    - Here, find Windows update section

    - Click Run the troubleshooter and wait till the process is finished.

    Step 2

    - Type Services in Windows search and hit Enter

    - In the new Windows, scroll down till you find Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)

    - If the service is running, right-click and select Restart

    - If not, right-click and select Start

    - Do the same with Windows Update service.

    Step 3

    Press Win + REnter the following and hit Enter:

    regsvr32 Qmgr.dll /s

    Open the Run dialog again and run the following command:

    regsvr32 Qmgrprxy.dll /s

    Step 4

    For this fix to work, you would have to find another Windows 10 machine of the same version (Home/Pro/Enterprise). If you have access to such a machine, do the following:

    - Access another computerType regedit in Windows search and press Enter

    - If User Account Control shows up, click YesNavigate to the following location:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\TrustedInstaller

    - Right-click on the branch and select Export

    - Choose the location, name the file trustedinstaller and click Save

    - Transfer the file to your computer

    - Once the file is on your desktop, double-click the trustedinstaller.reg to merge it with your own registry

    - Restart the PC and try updating Windows again.

    Step 5

    If none of the above helps, you can repair your Windows installation without losing files or installed apps. Here's how to do it:

    - Go to the official Microsoft website and download installation files

    - Once downloaded, double-click the setup.exe

    - Accept License and Terms, select Upgrade this PC now, and click Next

    - After the necessary files are downloaded, choose Keep personal files and apps

    - Click Install (make sure that all apps are closed and not running before doing this)

    - Your PC will restart and installation finished

    Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    Try to sign in on the Microsoft website to see if that works. If it does, kindly check if your console has any pending updates and perform them. If that fails or there are no updates, then try the below;

    Try these methods to fix the Store one by one to see if one of them will solve the problem.

    Clear the Microsoft Store cache

    1. Press the 'Windows + r' keys and type 'wsreset.exe' (without the quotes)

    2. An command prompt window opens and then closes after approximately 10 seconds.

    3. The Microsoft Store then opens automatically. Check if it works properly again.

    To reset it:

    1. Open the settings by pressing the Windows + i keys

    2. Go to Apps> Applications and features.

    3. Select the Microsoft Store application and then click Advanced Options.

    4. Click the Reset button.

    5. Confirm the reset by clicking on Reset again.

    6. Go back to the Microsoft Store and check if it works properly again.

    Run troubleshooter

    1. Open Settings again (Windows + i)

    2. Go to Update & Security> Troubleshooting.

    3. Select Windows Store Applications and then click the Run Troubleshooter button.

    4. The utility will launch and check for problems that are preventing the Microsoft Store from functioning properly. If it detects anomalies, follow its recommendations.

    5. When the problems are resolved, close the utility.

    6. Go back to the Microsoft Store and check if it works properly again.

    Reinstall Microsoft Store

    1.Open Windows PowerShell as administrator. To do this, right click on the start button and click on 'Windows Shell (admin)'

    2. To reinstall the Microsoft Store app, enter the following command (you can copy and paste:

    Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register '$ ($ _. InstallLocation) \\ AppXManifest.xml'}

    3. Go back to the Microsoft Store and check if it works properly again.
