Sorry we couldn't start farcry 4. 0x87de2712

Gamebreaking bug. Ubisoft just stole my money cuz I cant even start the game. It tells me to insert the disc for a digital download. Seriously?? This is rookie ***

XBOX ONE DIGITAL GAME WONT LAUNCH

So today I went to go play farcry 4 but whenever I launch it it says "sorry, we couldn't start farcry 4. If you have a disc, insert it now (0x87de2712)". Its a digital game and wont let me play it this is very upsetting can someone please help me out here,
it took 2 days to download, I have played it before today so idk why its suddenly doing this!!

Im having the exact same issue. I played it just last night, and now all of the sudden it says "sorry, we couldn't start farcry 4. If you have a disc, insert it now (0x87de2712)" yet i have the digital copy too. Im considering uninstalling and re installing
but i dont want to do all that if i dont need to.

 

I just had the same issue and tried to re install the game.Now it is completely gone from my xbox and I cannot re install the game frome the store.The Gold Edition still pops up but not the standard edition which I purchased and was very far in until this

Wooooow and still nothing being done! Who else lost money on this game? Is it too much to ask for game to work from beginning to end?

 

Same thing they know the problem exisit the same *** happened with fifa 15 just quit buying games from the xbox store then maybe they will be more willing to fix it

 

If you go to the standard edition in the store it says content not available.

 

I agree same thing happened with halo which is why i bought far cry! I would have still got far cry but probably at christmas. Xbox are flopping when it comes to their game releases. The developers that make these games keep giving xbox half completed
titles. its not good enough! Them using the new console as an excuse is not good enough as this was happening on the 360 as well with games like gta.

I have spoken to customer support. They only realised this was going on whilst i was on the phone to them. I believe it is a server issue which they now know about and will now be on the way to fixing it. The more people that report it the better as more
people will be put on the case. They will already have a team trying to fix it though so try and be patient. Hopefully it will take a short time.

 

i can now load my game so go take a look it might be working for you. if not call customer support or request a call. hopefully it is back on the marketplace for you guys now... if not hopefully it will be shortly
