What region do you physically connect from? Habersham, GA (Dunno if that is one, if not that, Atlanta, GA)

I tried deleting my Marketplace Cache and my System Cache, as well as removing and readding my payment option. Obviously, nothing worked.

Sorry to hear it. The error code suggests an issue with either the Live service or your payment option.

I have no Marketplace System Data to delete.

Nothing seems wrong with the balance.

Could it be because I got a bank account? I doubt it because so many others are having this problem.

Generally, that link did nothing for me. Any other ideas?

Ok, I hate to keep posting on my own question but...

It may be a negative balance. I use my father's paypal account (I live with my parents still )

I do know his password, and checked the purchases.

I bought DMMM: Elements for 20 dollars, but somehow it put him at -20.00 despite the fact he had the money for it.

And he recently added 20.00 to it. I'm gonna clarify everything with him tommorrow and see If its a negative balance or what.

Ok, if it's due to a negative balance you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance as only they can help with billing issues.

Please try these possible solutions in order to complete your purchase.

- Remove the card you are trying to use and add it again.

- Add another card

- Try the purchase from a browser in incognito/private mode and clearing cookies and cache.

- Try the purchase from another device, for example, you can use a mobile phone, PC or tablet.

- If in your country other payment methods are offered in the Microsoft Store, for example Paypal, you can try to associate your card to Paypal and then make your purchase with Paypal.

In case it does not work, contact your bank to identify if there is any blockage, this error message appears when the bank is not allowing the transaction.
