Guys here is what you need to do.

Step One: Change your console settings from instant on to power saving mode.

Step Two: Perform a hard reset of the console.

Step Three: Unplug the console and television set from the wall and wait five minutes.

Step Four: Plug the devices back in and power them up.

Apparently instant on is affecting a lot of programs on XOne including: BluRay, Netflix and Movies and TV.

I was having the same issue. Checked for an update in preview, there was one, got the update and still didn't work. Hard reset the console and signed in and voila, everything works again.

Having this issue trying to play Elder Scrolls online. It wants me to put in a disc but I bought the game online and downloaded it to my hard drive. Been playing it for more than a week now. Any help is helpful????!
