I recently made a new account separate from my main. I wanted to customize it but couldnt set my image using the Xbox App. Ive been trying to change it for 4 days now which each prompt saying “Sorry, we cant upload that picture right now. Try again
in a little while.” I need help to know how to resolve this.

So you are saying Microsoft staff is not being able to work from home office while in lockdown?

So the ability to change my gamerpic has been “temporarily down” for over a month now? How will it even affect xbox servers?

it has been down for a few months now, the reason they have disabled it is the fact that they have reduced download speeds, they are trying to limit bandwidth usage and they cannot moderate the pictures being put up due to staff being in lockdown.

It has been temprly disabled till futher notice reason is to help run the servers a bit better so once things calm down with covid 19 you should be good to go again.
