Same with me. Did you get an answer yet? I talked to xbox support and they gave me a phone number to call but it is busy been trying for over 30 minutes. Here is the number 1-877-274-4349 maybe you will have better luck then me. Let me know what you
find out and I will do the same. This is so frustrating!

Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

Every time I open Solitaire Collection, it tries to log in to live; and every time it says "Sorry we can't sign you in. Try signing into Xbox.com, then start this app again". I do that and it doesn't work.

So far ... nope. I can't get either Xbox of Microsoft to respond. I'm starting to get #$@!

 

I'm having the same problem. Odd, since Mahjong, Minesweeper, Jigsaw & Sudoku all login and work fine right now. The problem seems to be isolated to the Solitaire Collection

 

I have this same issue and I've tried all ways to log in and unsuccessful. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still cannot log in. I'm bummed because this is a great set of games.

 

I'm having same issue and Xbox chat support kept transferring me all over the place then finally told me to contact Microsoft support and they worked on it remotely for over an hour before deciding that it was "a very complex issue that requires advance
tools and troubleshooting" and wanted $99 for the "basic" or $149 for the "deluxe" version of support to fix it. I told them to forget it I just wouldn't be playing it anymore!

 

That is an outrageous (although not too surprising coming from Microsoft) response! This not a terribly isolated problem judging by the number of people with the same issue on the forum. Nor is it something any one of us has caused -- obviously it has a
glitch/bug somewhere in either Xbox or Microsoft's programing.

Foe what it is worth, I am using a fairly new (3-4 months) Acer computer which came with Windows 8.1 already installed. What are other people trying to play Solitaire on?

 

Same problem here, I have the premium edition, yet they want money to resolve their problem. Hopefully they have a resolution quickly. I refuse to give them 99 to resolve their issue.

 

Same problem. Running Windows 8.1 on an Acer PC. Has only happened since last round of Windows Updates a couple of days ago. Something similar happened several months ago and it took Microsoft weeks to sort it out. So don't hold your breath.

Getting the same issue. Tried reinstalling (and am a bit bummed that it means all my achievements/trophies went down the drain) but I guess I'll leave it for now and hop over to mahjong instead...

 

Me to, i am writing from Germany and wen I want to open Solitaire on my Tablet I became same Note.

Mahjong works correctly.
