2. What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using? HP Envy Touchsmart 15t-j100
   
3. About how long ago did you start having this problem? since I installed the app about a month ago
   
4. Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games? yes. It happens in Microsoft Sudoku, and Enter the mind, but it does NOT happen in Solitaire or Mahjong
   
5. Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens. When I run the app, it says "Connection in progress" then the error message in the subject of this post comes up with two buttons: "Switch to
   guest mode" and "Try to reconnect"
6. Please post any other details or notes about your problem here: I have tried uninstalling the app and running wsreset.exe and then searching for updates both in windows update, and the app store, resync-ing licenses in the app store and then re-installing
   the app. I have also opened a web browser, logged into xbox.com, and then running the app. nothing has worked. I have also tried clicking the "Try to reconnect" button several times,which didn't help at all.

I get "Sorry we can't sign you in. Try signing in at xbox.com then start this app again".

Launch the game I get "Sorry we can't sign you in. Try signing in at xbox.com then start this app again".

I can sign in to xbox.com just fine.(Even in edge, chrome and etc) Tried uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling this game still doesn't work. Running Windows 10 on a PC

I have tried all the steps in that document several times, with no change. I still cannot get the software to connect to Xbox Live. It is weird, i can log in from Solitaire and Mahjong, but i cannot get Bingo, Sudoku, or Enter the Mind to log in.

 

Also, I CAN also successfully log into Minesweeper, treasure hunt, and Taptiles

 

What about Shuffle Party? Can you download the free app Shuffle Party, run it, and tell us what happens? Shuffle Party is a free game that we also use for troubleshooting purposes.

Also did you do a refresh of your computer or anything?

 

I get the same error message on shuffle party. But this one has a code at the end of the message: (-2101608444)

Unfortunately I have the same issue here (that's why I found this forum)!

 

Same problem on all my xbox games that require connection on my Lumia 920!

 

-2101608444 means that your LIVE sign in failed. Please contact Xbox support to determine what could be the issue.

The only things I could suggest (which you say you have already tried) is to manually check for Windows updates and to restart afterwards and to make sure that you are playing through a stable connection.

 

I contacted Xbox support and they told me that i needed to talk with Microsoft. an when i tried to contact Microsoft, the wouldn't help me without my paying for it.

 

WesPhillips, did you make sure to manually check for updates, as suggested by me? In order for us to be able to assist you, it is important that we know what solutions you have already attempted.

 

I have manually checked for updates, and have been getting this error on all xbox live connected games for over a week on all my platforms (surface, pc, and windows phone).
