i try to add a friend and is says can't save your changes try again in a while I try in two days and its still saying it it's not my connection I've taken the power cord out I've deleted my account and got it back I tried adding friends on my other account
that works so I think its on Xbox here no offense but I've tested my network connection multiplayer connection held the power button for 10 second with no disc and no power cord so it has to be on Microsoft please help.

Can't add my friend on xbox one and she can't add me

we both keep getting sorry we can't save your changes right now. Try again in a while. I tried the websit and the app and get the same message and we never block each other.

Adding friends error??

It wont let me add or delete anybody it keeps saying sorry, we can't save your changes right now. Try again in a while, I dont know what to do, someone please help!
