So when ever I try to launch halo wars 2 it say "sorry can't launch this" is there a way to fix this?

The item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try ininstalling it then reinstalling. (0x80070570)

I get this message every time i turn on my Xbox one i close it black screen .i press home button it pops up again . I can only hold it and pops up the turn off / controller off . Please help .

Sorry to see you're having trouble launching games. I wanted to drop in to see if you're still having trouble. If so, please give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off completely and then give
it another try.

What game are you trying to access this with?
Are you trying to just check on your friends feeds?
When I look up that error its specific to the Xbox 360. What self help steps have you also tried?
