Sorry we can't connect to the Xbox Avatar Store Xbox 360 Gold

On the console go to Social and select Avatar Store. If that doesn't get you there then while still in select your Avatar then choose Customize Avatar. Finally you can also access the marketplace from this
link.

in regards to the connection?

The computer avatar store works perfectly fine. It's on the Xbox 360 itself that is having problems with the avatar store
