sorry we cannot launch this

The item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try ininstalling it then reinstalling. (0x80070570)

I get this message every time i turn on my Xbox one i close it black screen .i press home button it pops up again . I can only hold it and pops up the turn off / controller off . Please help .

Sorry for the issue of not being able to play online.

1. What game are you trying to access this with?
2. Are you trying to just check on your friends feeds?
3. When I look up that error its specific to the Xbox 360. What self help steps have you also tried?

Hi!

I am experiencing some frustration with my Xbox One. When I select features like: Friends Online, Party Chat, or Messages; I get an error message on screen:

“Sorry, we cannot launch this – The item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling it then reinstalling. 0x80070570”

I have looked around and did what ‘Mister Fizzle’ recommended, however this did not help.

If this is any support for this issue it would be gladly welcomed! Right now, I have a 499.99 paper weight.

Sorry to see you're having trouble launching games. I wanted to drop in to see if you're still having trouble. If so, please give your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off completely and then give
it another try.
