    I have just signed up to Gold Memerbship (1 month free to trial) and am receiving the above message when we try to log on. We can see from console end that the gamertag is there and live is set up but it won't allow us to enter?

    Hey there, have you tried to delete, then re-download the profile? If not, go to Settings>System Settings>Find your profile>Select Delete profile ONLY. Once you get that done, re-download your profile by pulling up the Xbox Guide and select "Download Profile"
    Let us know if that helps at all. Sorry, this profile can't connect to Xbox Live on this console. To fix it, download it ... :)
