Hi,

I am seeing this message pop up when I try to play my newly downloaded Xbox 360 version of Black Ops II on my Xbox One. The gamertag of my account is showing up different than what it currently is, but I think this is a quirk of the fact it is an Xbox 360 game on an Xbox One. I have tried to redownload the game, didn't work. I have tried deleting my profile off of the Xbox One and redownloading it, didn't work. My hunch is that because I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which includes Xbox Live Gold, that Black Ops II can't realize that I have Gold through that and just sees that my old Gold membership which was just that is gone. Any suggestions on how to fix this/theories as to why it is happening?

Hey Dix, you might have some luck by deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache 3 times. Restart the console and re-download your profile.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

I just research and my Xbox 360 live down I had the same problem but digitalAssassin Help thank you like the comment cheers mate
