Sorry! This portion of the app cannot handle the screen. Hulu streaming on the snap bar.

I'm having this same issue with Hulu and hbo go all other video streaming apps work fine but I cannot get video streaming to work properly. With Hulu it's video stuttering and with hbogo I have no video or audio. I've spent hours on customer support with
all aforementioned companies to no avail. Please can anybody help??

I said Xbox Snap and you get the side bar.

Then I said Go to FIFA 14 and my snap bar is there still but its focused the controller on the game side of the screen

If you are using a streaming service such as netflix, Hulu, amazon prime to watch the show there should be a settings bar where you can select to turn the subtitles on and in what language you want. Also if it I'd a streaming service you are using you
can download the app on Xbox so that its easier to use, hope this helps

You don't have to go back to the home menu to return to the "game" portion of your window.

Just double tap the Xbox button on your controller and that will switch your "focus" from the snapped app to the main screen. You can also say "Xbox switch".

Also to add to this topic: when you snap the Hulu Plus app you are not able to move down or up by voice commands...very inconvenient
