Sorry, this game or app isn't compatable (0x87e10007)

I have Xbox game pass ultimate, a series X at my work place and a one X at home. Last week I decided to catch up on the Mass Effect series having played and enjoyed Andromeda. I downloaded this to my series X via EA Play and started playing. I am now at home for a few days and decided to install it on my one X too so I can carry on. When trying to load it here I am getting the 'sorry' message (from the description) and it won't load. Surely if this is a back comp issue it wouldn't load on my series X either and it wouldn't be up on the store for download in the first place?

Can anyone help?

I uninstalled the game then reinstalled it and it works now. That link doesn't explain why it would be compatable with my series X but not my Xbox one X. If it's compatable with the newer box surely it would be with the older box. Or have I simplified things too much? Anyways it's working now

Searched enlisted website and can confirm its only for pc xbox series S/X

I guess it my fault for not looking into it more.

I think they should make a pop up or something that standes out and states this before purchase.

I only heard about this game on release day. Is slipped under my radar and came home from work and instantly bought it haha.

Just have to wait for my series x to come in 2 weeks 🙄

Actually It's fixed by itself, I didn't know what happened but I was playing around with network settings and the issue gone.. I don't know if this is related but I will tell what I did.. first I changed the region and language to USA and then I unplugged the internet cable and connected to a 5G mobile hotspot (the mobile was sharing my wifi internet) then I installed an app called every proxy and turned on http... I changed the language to Arabic and then English multiple times.. I disconnected from mobile hotspot and then connected directly to wifi and again changed language and region... suddenly I noticed that the size of game decreased and the issue is gone.. don't know what happened but it appears it's also related to internet settings as well as confusing the console

Try doing what I did and also try changing ip and port.. try these

Ip 192.168.3.172

Port 3074

And turn on wmm and dscp in network settings

If your issue fixed or you found out the exact setting that fix it let us know so the others can also fix it
