If the case for the item is green it should be an Xbox title. However, for games like GTAV, I'd recommend making sure it's the Xbox One version as the 360 version is not backwards compatible.

Another thing you need to make sure is that the disc is not specifically for the Xbox Series X/S as those games will not play on the original Xbox One through Xbox One X consoles.

I am sorry this is happening, sounds to me like you are using the same account on both consoles just one of them is not showing available. Please make sure you are first checking the right version of the game (Some of the assassin creed games are funky since
there is both a xbox one and xbox 360 version).

If this doesnt work try deleting your profile of the S console and re-adding it (make sure you know your username and password) this might help sync your profile and allow you to re-download the games.
