Sorry, there's a problem with your Microsoft account.

When i try to download my profile on xbox 360 console it tells me the following "Sorry there is a problem with your microsoft account visit account.live.com for more information..now I followed all the steps via that error code it shows and it got me absolutely
no where.

I changed my security proofs (Added Phone + Alternate Email) on the console itself.

However when I re-download it still does the same thing.

And when I attempt to login to the account on xbox.com or outlook.com it asks me to verify the alternate email by filling in the hidden part of it which you would think is the easy part, but this is the problem.

Instead of it being a gmail account (which i assigned as the alternate email on security proofs) it is asking me to fill in the hidden part of a Yahoo email address which I never even made to begin with.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

As things currently stand I can't even download my profile to my console due to the "Sorry there is a problem" error and when I try login to the email it just gives me the same security page every single time, and yes iv been on the alternate email i made
and there isn't a single message from microsoft about it nor one even confirming the new security proofs I assigned.

I need some advice here if possible. thanks.

long story short, its showing a false alternate email (yahoo.com) when It's meant to be gmail.com and believe me this is not a mistake i did indeed make a gmail one just for security proofs..so Iv no idea why it's showing me a completely different one.

Any advice would be appreciated.
