    I keep getting this error every time I try to load up a game or an app. I tried restarting my xbox multiple times and even unplugging the xbox itself and the error comes up each time. It also doesn't let me uninstall anything either. Any solution that could

    When I try to sign into my account it takes longer than usual to load. It then prompts me to a window that says "Sorry, that didn't work for some reason. (0x80070002) ". I've restarted my Xbox and wifi but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what's happening?

    Sorry, that didn't work for some reason (0x80070002)

    You might need to go into games and apps, highlight the game with problems, press the menu button, and click manage game, and uninstall the internal data from your console. You might have data on the game itself that is messed up. Hope this helps

    Have this exact same problem. I ended up reseting the console to wipe everything and re downloaded all my games and apps, which took forever. Everything was fine for about a day and now fifa is back on there twice and the second instance won't uninstalll.
