    So i gave my friend my old xbox one because i upgraded to the S model.. We reset the xbox and logged into his account. We downloaded some xbox 360 games from "ready to install" but none of them work, they present an error message "sorry, that didn't work
    for some reason (0x80070002)" Xbox one games seem to work fine though. I don't get it

    When I try to sign into my account it takes longer than usual to load. It then prompts me to a window that says "Sorry, that didn't work for some reason. (0x80070002) ". I've restarted my Xbox and wifi but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what's happening?

    Every time i try to sign in into my account on my Xbox One it doesn't let me sign in and i get this error... it's been 2 days now i tried everything but nothing has worked help me please!!

    Sorry, that didn't work for some reason (0x80070002)

    You might need to go into games and apps, highlight the game with problems, press the menu button, and click manage game, and uninstall the internal data from your console. You might have data on the game itself that is messed up. Hope this helps

    Have this exact same problem. I ended up reseting the console to wipe everything and re downloaded all my games and apps, which took forever. Everything was fine for about a day and now fifa is back on there twice and the second instance won't uninstalll.
