I have a problem signing into minecraftocket Edition and i have been able to sign in on xbox.com and i’ve reset my password twice and i’ve uninstalled it and restarted my phone and installed it back and it says the same thing and my phone isn’t old because
i have the iphone xs

Is the account verified by the email as sometimes that causes that error.

I would recommend trying to sign into your account via a different network, or if that's not possible, try to disconnect [d/c] from your Wi-Fi network and just try your mobile network.
