    it takes me to a screek with mine gamer tag and stuff but when I click the play button it loads a bit, then says something went wrong while loading your Microsoftaccount.</p><p></p><p>I have try ed this maybe 20 times and it always happens relitivly the same
    way.</p><p></p><p>I have a galaxy note 4.</p><p>I have restarted phone and reinstalled app.</p><p>I don't really want to factory reset mine phone.</p><p>Halp.</p><p>H</p>

    Thanks for that info! So it's only on that particular device, that you see that issue?

    If you're only unable to sign in on that device, try resetting that device, then re-install the Xbox App and try to sign in after that? Any difference?
