i've been trying to buy blue dragon and the dlc since the start of the black friday sale but it keeps telling me that the purchase cant be made on both xbox and pc

I just got a new pc with windows 8.1 . I have downloaded Windows games and get this error every time I open either Windows Mahjong or Windows Solitaire. when I click ok, another little screen pops up and tells me to go to games and log in with the account
used to download the game, but I'm already logged in. Mahjong will let me play the game but will not save results. Solitaire wont let me play at all. I'll fiddle with the pc for awhile until, magically, it starts working properly and identifying me again.
Next day it starts all over again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 20 times so far to no avail. Can someone help an old man?

Hello people, I wanted to buy destiny so I used my card to try and pay for it, my card has more then enough money needed to make the payment possible. When I tried to download it on my xbox it said it couldn't authorize my payment method so I decided to
go on my pc to see if I could download it there, the only thing it seems to say is "your purchase could not be completed at this time" and it's becoming really irritating, are there any solutions to this problem?

This error normally pops up if the purchase is being made on a Child account. To avoid this, you would need to have the parent account make the purchase, or the purchase must be made directly on an Xbox 360 console. For better assistance with billing, please

Hello Antflame,

It could be the error is related to your payment method and you may want to try purchasing the content from an actual Xbox 360 console.

However, what sounds more likely is a region error - does your physical location match your billing address and your account region? If not (you can check here:
https://billing.microsoft.com) you can run into this error as some Xbox 360 games will not download outside your account's region.

Yeah I asked my girlfriend to do it for me when she got home. I hope they add the xbox credit payment option to the xbox website soon.
