    Are you trying to play a game when you get this message?

    Try doing a hard reset/power cycle by pressing and holding the Xbox logo on the front of the console until it switches off. Waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it back on.

    I recommend that you turn off all the systems that use the internet and then reset your router once the router is restarted and that this one starts up again the computers that use internet one by one, including your xbox
