"Sorry, Jim" Login Message

When I start up the Xbox One, I get a "Sorry, Jim" message. I then have go to Sign In, select my profile and enter the password. How do I fix? I tried deleting the profile and re-entering. It worked fine for 4-5 days only.

Ever see someone interview Jim, (please forgive me) James Cameron. lol or an actor who worked with him and refer to him as Jim Cameron? Same thing. Yes, people do call him Jim, believe it or not. Anyway back on topic, James Cameron would be an excellent
pick for director I think. ;0)

As I haven't seen this before, I'm only spit-balling here; have you tried going into your profile and sign in settings and adjusting how you get signed in? I know that there are a few options, including auto-sign in upon powering on, auto-sign in upon Kinect
recognition, as well as options that require password confirmation for things. This could be your issue here.

But we bought the game already and can not download again. There is not physical version of this game. So put it back to the servers and allow to download it again. Thank you.
