sorry cant get authorization for this

please help i bought microsoft points card and redeem it and i try to buy something but it always keep saying sorry cant get authorization for this use different payment and more it shows no error codes and i check that my billing address is correct and
it is and i try to buy 2 days and it still doesnt work please help

Its giving me the error where Xbox does not have authorization for this credit card that i tried to buy 1600 points for and before that i used the same card a couple minutes before buying 800 Microsoft points and it went totally fine..

Error code: 80167611
