So, I asked a question not too long ago stating that I did not know how to change my gamerpic, and many people replied with "severs are packed due to COVID-19", and that helped quite a bit, so thank you to everyone that helped out. However, I am faced
with a new challenge, many of my Xbox friends have been able to, and yes we do live in the same area, so this is confusing. If I can get some support it would be greatly appreciated.

You may have to ask them how they were able to change it, but that feature is currently disabled so it shouldn't be possible.

Yes, because of COVID 19 I haven't been able to upload any custom gamerpics as well. This is acting as intended.

Only custom gamerpics have been disabled so if they used premade ones then no issue.

i don't know if this will work but open windows movie maker first then put the dvd in the pc,if windows media player still opens just close it and use windows movie maker.
