    Exact same issue, i have tried renewing the same Xbox live 12 month subscription code multiple times and get "Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."

    @ngocphi No initially it came up with "Sorry but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try again later." This message has come up about 15 times over the last week whenever I try to redeem the code.
    Now when I try to redeem the code, after chatting with support, it says, "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help."
