Только что общался с поддержкой, они знают об этой проблеме (покупка игр с обратной совместимостью). Сейчас купить такие игры можно только при наличии Xbox 360 (через его магазин). Проблему решают но временные рамки решения - не называют. Сказали что проблема
не в регионе.
