Hi, I am a mum who has a son on xbox 360. I can work my way around a PC like a pro, but when it comes to game consoles I am limited to a Nintendo 64 and sega mega drive (both of which I still have lol)! My son has just spent almost £100 buying in game
bits off of my PayPal : o. Microsoft where good enough to refund the most expensive purchase, which was very good of them I thought, but I need to prevent this happening again. I have tried to remove my PayPal details as a method of payment from the account
but it says that a payment option must be in place to have xbox live. could anyone tell me how to stop in game purchases without removing my PayPal payment option? As u can prob tell I will need very basic instructions!! What happened to Alex the kid and
sonic? Obvs I just got old! Oh and if someone called stampy long nose reads this, my son is ur biggest fan????

give this website a shot and see if you can turn off the auto-renewal and remove your paypal as an option from his account it is billing.microsoft.com if this website does not help then please go to support to get it removed.
