Sooooooo ***!! Penguin's titan is [Mod Removed]!!

I've tried for over an hour to beat the Penguins titan inside the museum when trying to rescue the cops and Mr. Freeze. I use the ultra stun, but can't tell if it even works. The titan doesn't really seemed stunned to me. Once I hit LT/B
3 times for the ultra stun, I run in close and repeatedly hit the X button to attack, but the beat down option never happens for !! ****?!?!?! I've watched videos on youtube, and i'm doing exactly what they do, but nothing works for me. If someone can tell
me what i'm doing wrong that would be great. If i can't figure this out I'll never buy another Batman game again. F this!!!!!

Pure speculation, on my part, but my guess is that was The Creeper on Titan. It has been confirmed that Jack Ryder is indeed working Arkham City for a story, he probably wandered too close to The Penguin's cage and was probably the reason Batman was there
in the first place. Oswald pumped him full of Titan to tango with Batman for his own amusement, again, pure speculation...
