Sooo, is anybody else's Xbox bugging out as of recently?!

Lately, it seems that there has been several issues with my Xbox. One of the problems is every time I start up a game, it's been needing to sync game data, in which it then fails to and says there was a problem. I'll hit the retry button a couple times before
it will finally work. Another problem i've been having is that when I first turn on my Xbox and try to sign in, I have a really hard time. It'll keep giving me the same error that says "something went wrong" with no error code to enter into the site. After
attempting to sign in multiple times it'll finally work, but it's just really annoying and buggy. Another side note, sometimes even the standard console apps will bug out and say something went wrong. In addition, yesterday I was attempting to purchase points
through Madden 15 to spend on packs for my Ultimate team. When it would try to retrieve my payment info, it would bug out and say the same thing. "Something went wrong". After SEVERAL attempts, I was finally able to purchase them, but it bugged out and I had
to restart the game. Everything went okay, but it's just really annoying that my Xbox is having all these problems at once. Is anyone else having any issues like I am? I'm really not sure what the problem would be. I've hard reset my Xbox several times, and
my console is up to date OS wise.

Bored, friendship anyone?

Soo all of my Xbox friends have up and disappeared on me. I'm bored out of my skull. If anybody wants to add me feel free. I'm currently 16, female. I play Halo, Assassins Creed, borderlands 2 etc. Sooo yeah.

 

Garbled/corrupt Blu-Ray Playback?

Is anybody else seeing this? Upon playback of several Blu-Ray discs, after a time the video gets all blocky and corrupt. Initially, I thought it may have been caused by a dirty disc, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Tested with a Man Of Steel BD
disc straight out of the box as well as Star Trek Into Darkness. I'm hoping there will be a software fix for this rather than getting a new unit...



Anyone else seeing this?

(PS: Anybody else's Xbox One have what looks like dabs of glue on the console itself straight out of the box?)

 

The Xbox 360 at least gave you the red ring of death you knew you were totally done. This console seems to half work with some downloads causing issues with no known fixes at the time. I thought the red ring of death was really bad but this is worse. It's
the difference between dying from a heart attack and just being a vegetable because of one. yeah your still alive but you don't function properly anymore.

 

I'm having similar issues. I've had my X1 for about a month. I just purchased Halo Master Chief Edition and after failing to successfully download the first time, it finally worked on second try. I then was unable to get into any multiplayer (they are working
on patches) But since then I'm having trouble logging in. Everytime i put Halo in and go to press start in the actual game with the actual disc it doesn't work. I am sent back to startup screen. It has also since then made it so I can't log online in any other
games or use my netflix

 

Ya, I guess I should've clarified. I'm on the XB1. And that's ironic because mine started acting up after MCC launched on Tuesday. I got the virtual copy.

 

Also, my friends has been acting up the past 2-3 days, but I haven't seen anything reporting a problem on the Xbox Live status.

 

Ya i have disc copy. I have ran into an even bigger problem now. My Netflix won't work or anything else on my xbox. I have uninstalled all games and apps and hard restarted the thing about 15 times. I've unplugged from wall and done everything. I'm wondering
if factory reset will do anything but i doubt it. It has to be system because i hadn't had issues with anything until tonight

 

Ya, I'm afraid to do the factory reset just to be let down. I have WAY too many games that I'd have to redownload, all for nothing if I didn't help my situation.

 

I just did the factory reset, it made my netflix work again. I haven't tried any games yet (little nervous for the letdown) I'm trying to redownload COD Advanced Warfare 1st since that was a game that worked previously. I will let you know how it goes tomorrow

 

Oh yeah. The UI freezes all the time, menu items refuse to start for unknown reasons, friends tab opens with no promptings. I've done a hard reset, unplugged it, cleared blu-ray cache, and done a factory reset since I know how to use google. I should have
spent the money on a new laptop
